4. Warranty & Support
The product is provided as-is. We offer technical support for the digital tools but do not provide warranty coverage for data loss or third-party errors.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing the Handyman Profit & Pricing Kit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our digital tools and the digital product you have acquired.
1. LICENSE AND USE

2. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
The digital product is delivered via a secure download link. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access the toolkit. You are responsible for ensuring that your email client is configured to receive and open email attachments.
3. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Payment for the $49 kit is a one-time, non-refundable fee. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including technical issues with the software or changes in business requirements. You acknowledge that the toolkit is a digital product and that all rights to the software are retained by the creator.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, and digital guides provided in the kit are the exclusive property of the creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the toolkit without the express written consent of the creator. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. GOVERNING LAW
